Now I have no idea how anyone could resist one of these. They are so pretty that in a way you feel guilty eating them. I think that these would be a wonderful dessert for a baby shower or you can freeze some and take them out for Easter. (The color is just right for those occasions!) I feel that the traditional custard cream inside is something that is made to perfection and I appreciate how at Lady M they never make any icing or filling overly sweet.
