I was lucky enough to score an invite to the Bella Magazine 10th Annual Summer Cover Party at the Southampton Social Club. In case you are not familiar with it, Bella Magazine is a premiere women’s luxury lifestyle magazine at the moment and it has great features on everything from health to entertainment but their fashion pages are particularly cutting edge! The bites at this lovely event ranged from coconut shrimp to lobster rolls to juicy chicken lollipops. As for celebrity guests, there were several!
I cannot resist a great photo op and the step and repeat not only celebrated the brands who were sponsoring the party but it was accented with gorgeous pink flowers. Here I am on the left with LeeAnn Locken of Real Housewives Of Dallas (whom I had just met for the first time at earlier at the fun Hamptons Interactive Brunch at Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor), Cara Alloway of Real Housewives Of Toronto and influencer/beauty pageant coach, Yilin Hsu.
Each table had the new issue for guests to take. The gorgeous flower arrangements were by Wow Bouquet who also did red and yellow white chocolate dipped strawberry towers (and who also did the flowers for the Interactive Brunch). They make all sorts of food and flower combos and their imaginations are infinite. They truly do have a wow factor in all their arrangements (go to wowbouquet.com and see for yourself).
There was plenty of Prosecco to go around thanks to Prosecco Doc and there were signature cocktails made with it that were incredible!
Of course there had to be a photo of the entire editorial staff of Bella Magazine (including Editor In Chief Vanessa Copes) in front of the gorgeous and unique step and repeat. The guests were told to dress with Latin flare and the staff got it right!
Dune Jewelry was on hand with many of their most unique pieces and guests left with one of their adorable round leather travel jewelry cases. Other sponsors who were generous in their swag choices for the party’s gift bag were Desert Harvest skincare and supplements, Obagi Clinical, and Bee RX.
I learned a lot about the benefits of Aloe Vera both as a gel and as a health supplement at the Desert Harvest booth. Lucky guests got the bestselling aloe vera gelee to take home and it is amazing for burns but also restores moisture to the skin.
