Most people think that @sugarwishgirl only features candy but they’ve got wine, flowers, snack mixes, and more. I recently got an 8-piece Brownie Sugarwish and I was blown away. There are so many unusual flavors and these 4” brownies are chewy and moist. Pictured on the left are Butterscotch (with actual chunks of butterscotch) and Toffee Coffee (which has caramel ribbons and chunks of toffee). On the right is Minty Cookies And Cream which tastes like a mash up of @girlscouts Thin Mint Cookies and a slice of Devil’s Food cake. Some of the other flavors include Birthday Cake, Chocolate Walnut, Cinnamon Streusel and Cafe Au Lait. #brownies #sugarwish #blondies #foodblogger

Wow, the large and airy Southern Italian restaurant @alessanyc on West 35th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues really blew me away on my first ever visit. Every portion is huge and artistically plated. Pictured here are two of the apps: Tuna Tartare and Buratta in an amazing green sauce that included basil, fresh peas, squash and honey. There were about 20 great accessories brands at the @accessoriescouncil’s Made In America press event today in the Garment District. Pictured here are some of my favorites including the legendary @carlosfalchibags, @vivianbloom hats, @meertensluxury (who make both bags and candles), @aoeyewear sunglasses (pictured are the ones that the Apollo 1 crew brought into space with them), and @fleurdpins which are flower pins made of leather (you can see the Pride Month styles on the top). #accessoriescouncil #madeinamerica #fashionblogger #flowerpins

The press conference and lunch to launch Italian Apertif Week at @kestepizza yesterday featured presentations from execs and family members of @fabbri1905, the main sponsor. Yes, that one empty tray of pizza on the bottom right is the one that I consumed, LOL! The idea behind Italian Apertif Week is that the public is invited to go around town to an assortment of Italian restos, purchase limited edition cocktails made with Fabbri spirits, and get entered into a contest with a grand prize of a trip to Bologna, Fabbri’s home base! I love Fabbri’s Strawberries In Heavy Syrup, and yesterday’s guests got to have some over vanilla gelato lying on a zeppole-like sugar coated pastry! Last night’s Pride Month party at @Nordstrom’s men’s store at 57th and Broadway included a portrait artist, two manicurists and a DJ @thelinabradford. Some of the shopping proceeds went to the @hetrickmartin, the first ever LGBTQ youth service organization. #hmi #nordstrom #pridemonth #pride
